Recent reviews show a sharp divide. Five-star accounts highlight rapid response, approachable staff, and successful resolutions on complex deals. However, one-star and two-star reviews describe unresponsive phones, unanswered emails, unresolved maintenance problems (heating, drafts), and inconsistent professionalism. The most recent complaint involved a tenant in Dudley waiting months for repairs.
